All of our units are secured by 18" commercial grade stakes provided by the manufacturer. We will not deliver and set up units when winds exceed 15mph. Your child's safety is our top priority. Together, with adult supervision and good judgement, our industry remains one of the safest sporting activities to date.
Please follow these simple rules:
NO SILLY STRING in or near the moonwalks - these will damage the unit and customer may be liable for replacement. Units usually cost between $1,500 to $5,000 to replace. We do not recommend silly string at parties anyway - they are highly flammable. IF YOU GET SILLY STRING ON THE UNIT, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL REPLACEMENT VALUE OF THE UNIT.
No Food, Drink, Gum, Hand-Held Games, Smart Phones, pens, pencils or any sharp or pointed object in the units. (be sure to check children's pockets prior to entering the unit).
Children must wash hands after handling cotton candy, prior to entering the bounce house. Cotton candy dyes will stain the inflatable units. Customer will be responsible for any stains or damage caused to the unit by Cotton Candy.
No Shoes or Belts. Socks are a must to protect feet.
No Pets in or around units- their claws will damage the unit and customer may be liable for tears caused during rental period.
No excessive weight. Most moonwalks fit an average of 8 children. No adults are allowed in the unit. Tears will be costly to repair - customer may be liable for tears caused during rental period.
No children or items hanging from the nettings - these are very difficult to repair.
Only one person at a time on all of our slides. Too many children will pose a safety hazard.
